How to Join: 5 Easy Steps!
To become an "active member" of UMD AMSA, follow this easy 5 step process.
1. Attend 3 Meetings
2. Earn 2 Points
Throughout the semester, different types of Service and Legislative opportunities will be offered via our Google Group. If you attend and/or help out with three of these, you will have fulfilled this requirement. Examples include the basketball tournament, KEEN!Swim, etc.

3. Become an AMSA National Member
***NOTE: you can still come to meetings and participate in activities even if you aren’t a national member, but you cannot run for an executive board position at the end of the semester**
4. Register through UMD STARS
5. Join the Google Group
